Charles Milton Adams of the 13th Ohio Volunteer Light Artillery. Adams was discharged from the 10th Ohio Battery on a surgeon's certificate of disability on January 13, 1863. He later re-enlisted and served as Corporal in Company C of the 174th Ohio Volunteer Infantry from August 30, 1864 to June 28, 1865. He died in Paulding County, Ohio on Septmeber 4, 1875 at the age of 49.
